From Thursday 19 November, face masks/coverings will be mandatory onboard domestic flights following the Government's recent announcement, regarding community transmission.
Sounds Air strongly encourages customers to provide their own masks/coverings for travel and will continue to have masks available at check-in if required.
Sounds Air continues its health and safety operating procedures across all flights.
This includes:
- Thorough cleaning and sanitisation between flights.
- Hand sanitiser available and social distancing encouraged during boarding and disembarking.
- ID/proof of contact details required to enable contact tracing if necessary.
